If the noise source is a high power RF source at 13.56 MHz, what would be the best possible frequency range to transmit a signal to minimize the corruption and filter it more easily ? Should it be a lower frequency like kHz range or higher frequency in GHz range ? Or just a different frequency in MHz range would do the work ?
Read about heterodyne and superheterodyne systems and the advantages and disadvantages of filtering at the transmission frequency (RF) and at the intermediate frequency (IF), and at baseband, then you will have more idea about what you are asking. Also about the bandwidths available at different frequencies, and the different environmental and atmospheric noise at different bands.

just use a different frequency in MHz range far from noise band width. because the noise has high bandwidth then the signal may be has low or high frequency depending on the type of signal and distance and the bandwidth of noise.
Actually spectrum of noise is flat, frequency reponse of communication system is defer and the histogram of random value is defer also according to channel.
If it is possible to transmit at any frequency ..GHz is best to avoid any interference or distortion with the background noise..
But if you are bound to the MHz range you should transmit away from the noise by at least half the BW and the further the better
It is an ambiguous question. Usually a system design tells you the signal frequency, power and modulation, and noise is an issue to deal with at that given signal. However it sounds like you have not a noise, but an interference issue (since thermal noise power is equal to KTB, that is, depends only on temperature and bandwidth). I would start with figuring out the nature and parameters of that interference - after that it would be easier to deal with it.
1) you can use same frequency with orthogonality
2) Frequency away from the noise spectrum below 10 dB of your signal. Also do not use multiple or sub-multiple of the noise frequency.
To have good detection, make sure, useless signals, whatsoever, should be below 10 dB reference to useful signal
