i wanna ask, example: if i had 3 criteria ( international championships, national championships, provincial championships) then every criteria has sub criteria (example: criteria international championships had 4 sub criteria : first winner, second winner on international championships, third winner, and only participate) etc for national and provincial championships. so please anyone can tell me how to modelling this criteria and sub criteria in MCDM or MADM or MODM? thanks..

MODM, MCDA and MCDM all of them has some methods and recently many authors tried to invent their own methods. It must be mentioned that in fact every method has a fundamental and basic rules and logic which distinguish it to the other ones. TOPSIS is a distance based tool, while AHP is a pairwise comparison method. ELECTRE is an outranking tool which classify, rank or sort alternatives and is based on preference and interaction among decision factors. MOORA method is a multi objective optimization tool and rest of the story. You normally have to refer to your research problem and try to recognize different aspects of the problem, then try to solve it using the method which is very close to the requirement of your problem.

I believe during the selection of criteria and sub criteria in MCDM or MADM or MODM will have impact on the resulting goals? You must choose a set o goals before you select the set of criteria during modeling.
