There is a different response if this constriction is acute one the GFR is increased, while if the constriction is significant and prolonged the GFR is decreased.
Moderate constriction increase GFR while strong and prolonged constriction decrease GFR because osmotic pressure increase in capillaries. It is a matter of how strong the constriction is.
GFR increases if net filtration pressure increases. And constriction in efferent arteriole increases NFP. As a result GFR increases and Renal plasma flow decreases.
