I already know the l929 supernatant contain M-CSF but is there have any paper shows there have another component in it?
My data show when I get the BMDMs by L929 stimulation, there are 80% cells express F4/80 and CD11b but the M1 marker CD86 also can express. I suspect there have some cytokine in L929 supernatant make the cells become more like M1 macrophages.

But, I don't think it'll get a standard answer as you are using conditioned medium.
Most mammalian cells will naturally secrete a very diverse mix of signaling molecules and cytokines into their growth media. I would be shocked if your L929 cells did not secrete more than M-CSF.
The issue with using conditioned media from L929 cells in your BMDM culture is that it is not fully defined - you don't know what exactly is in it. Undefined media (including any media with FBS in it) contributes to variability between experiments, between labs, and the like. It's a big challenge for the research community. There are some fully-defined cell culture media for different types of cells that would solve this issue, but cells typically grow better in the undefined media (with FBS, conditioned medium, etc) and so many scientists are reluctant to switch.
As noted by Shen-An and Emily, any prediction about the composition of CM of L929 cell line or finding out its composition could be a major undertaking. Therefore, if the CM supports the growth of your cells and if results are reasonably reproducible, it may be appropriate to continue to use the CM and document the conditions for others to allow reproduction of the experiment.
