I'm working on a presentation about history of protein complex research, connected to the paper about disordered protein complex by Borgia & Borgia in Nature. The idea is to show when new types of complexes were discovered, starting with fully structured complexes (key-lock model) to complexes of proteins which alter their structures in complex (hand-glove model) to complexes in which one disordered protein gains defined structure in complex, ending with the recently discovered completely disordered complex.

The thing is I'd like to show not just any examples of such complexes, but the first ones discovered to construct a timeline and I haven't managed to find out which complexes were the first.
