What types of foods need to be developed based on cereals, pulses, millets, herbs as well as with processing treatments such as fermentation, germination,soaking, roasting etc.

People taking fish & meat need not worry about this vitamin as far as it is cooked well. Not advisable to consume more meat during this COVID or any other bacterial or viral outbreak like now.
But, some professionals‘ work-life is so busy that they do not find time to eat a balanced diet without meat to get all nutrients, for example, B-12.
