Thank you so much for your feedback or question.What I mean by the word "technology" in my paper is the use of computer,Internet,and multimedia for teaching and learning EFL.The teacher for 21st century should master not only the content of the lesson but he/she should be able to deliver the lessons by using ICT.It can be blended learning or flipped classroom.
