I am trying to monitor the pH of a low ionic strength protein solution as part of a coacervation method. Since small concentrations of salt can negatively impact my system, I need to find a way to monitor the pH without introducing additional ions, which means a double junction refillable probe will not work. If possible, I do not want to remove samples to test the pH separately.
Would an ISFET probe work for this application, or would that still require a reference electrode leaching into the solution?
Thank you.
