21 January 2017 3 7K Report

When I use QCApro to conduct the analysis, I find that there are often more than one parsimonious solutions,just like the case below:

> EMM EMM

n OUT = 1/0/C: 8/11/0

Total : 19

M1: SR + (Pv) => JSR

M2: SR + (LP) => JSR

-------------------

incl cov.r cov.u (M1) (M2)

----------------------------------------

1 SR 0.871 0.610 0.231 0.335 0.256

----------------------------------------

2 LP 0.979 0.506 0.014 0.152

3 Pv 0.950 0.417 0.004 0.142

----------------------------------------

M1 0.874 0.752

M2 0.883 0.762

then how to undertand the M1 and M2? Should I do some selection based on the inclution and coverage score OR just report both of them?

Thank you!
