Well the sharp XRD peaks normally indicate high crystallinity of your nanoparticles. Moreover, a well prepared sample will also contribute little bit on peak sharpness.
A few large particles will directly govern your diffractogram. I have learned in my studies that a careful sample preparation is always required, huge particles might already be identified by using light microscopy, which is mandatory in my mind ... Kind regards, Dirk
I agree with all of answers as the sharp peaks indicates that larger particles of your sample . At same time may be the particles agglomeration which in this case have to test your sample by TEM to investigate the final size. Please always to analysis have to combined the XRD and TEM together and if you have particle distribution will be good confirmation.
