TTIP dissolve in isopropyl alcohol (A) and H2O dissolved in isopropyl alcohol (B). The solution B quickly add to solution A under vigorous stirring. The molar concentration TTIP and hydrolysis ratio in the final solution should be 0.15 M and 2.7, respectively. Get  a pH = 10 by addition of drops of a solution of Ca (OH) 2. Its solubility at 20 0C 0.166 g / 100 ml. After 48 hours of reaction solution / suspension is heated to 105 0 C (12 hour) and evaporation of the solvent to obtain TiO2 CaO.

i work in acidic conditions with this molar ratios TTIP: EtOH: H2O: HCl (1: 4: 10: 0.5)

i want dope titania with rare earth but i have only rare earth oxides as precursors like YtO3, EuO3, Nd2O3.

is this rare earth are soluble in solution B or not ,, most works that i check use rare

earth nitrate hexahydrate or rare earth nitrate and they are soluble in water and ethanol.

is it possible to work with rare earth oxides as rare earth precursors ???? or i must convert this rare earth oxide into rare earth nitrate??
