hello
during my test of adsorption i put 0.05g of TiO2 in 50ml of 20ppm of R6G.
every 10 minutes i take simple to mesure it's concentration by UV-VIS spectroscopie.
i do the same in photocatalysis with irradiation by UV lamp.
the results showed decrease in R6G for 20 minutes and an increase of concentration in 30 and 40 minutes.?
i take 4ml every 10 minutes. and then all the simples are centrifuged.
is there any problem in prelevment of simples?
Do not remove the sample from the reactor. Return it back to all the time, it was 50 mL.

I think increase volume of solution to 80mL and 0.08g of catalyst this first.
Secondly I increase interval of taking simples, in reality I need just few points to make graphic.
Those conditions will not influence parameters ??????
An increase of R6G concentration in 30 and 40 minutes may be due to formation of isosbestic point during phocatalysis of R6G.Also, dimerization and aggregation of dye molecule under UV light may be caused an increase in optical density of dye concentration
