Hello,

For my research I am trying to figure out how to statistically compare Jacobs indices. I have scat data of four carnivores and an extensive diet analysis (Per scat what hair they found and what prey it belonged to). I have only data from one year and not enough samples to use the Chi Square test. I need to compare Jacobs indices from the wet and dry season to see whether there are differences in prey preference between the two seasons (I'd also like to do this with the Levins Index and Pianka's index to do the same for dietary niche and dietary overlap).

Any ideas? Kind regards
