As stated in the product information file, I dissolved the GSK2606414 molecule in DMSO at 10mg/mL and stored it (30 uL aliquoted) at -20 degrees C. However, when I wanted to store the leftover aliquoted molecule at -20 degrees C to reuse in next experiment, I observed that the molecule lost stability. What can I do to prevent this loss of stability in the molecule?
a. Is it appropriate to store the leftover volume at +4 degrees Celsius to maintain its stability and if so, how many days can I store it at +4 degrees Celsius?
b. If storing the leftover volume at +4 degrees Celsius will cause loss of stability, is it appropriate to aliquot the leftover volume again and store it at -20 degrees Celsius?
c. Or what is your suggestion to prevent loss of stability other than the above options?
