Like if we are using 1mM solution of metallic salt the what should be the concentration of Green matrix(plant extract etc) to reduce that metalic salt and form nanoparticles . I need Ideal ratio to get precised results !

One ration never fits for a particular plant extract and salt, as every plant have different values of Phytochemicals. Hence its better to start with 1:1 with 10mg/ml plant crude extract and 1mM salt, you will get the results, if not then try different ratios like 1:9, 2:8, 3:7, 4:6, 5:5, 6:4, 7:3, 8:2. 9:1.
