What should be the length of telomere after treating a Particular MCF-7 cell line with a plant extract? It should decrease or increase the length of telomere?

is there any particular value for telomere analysis. the experiment has been done by using QPCR technique?

You need to have an untreated control and several replicates. The length change will depend on what is in your plant extract so the effect, if any will be specific to the plant species from which the extract was obtained.
