What should be the boundary condition for Poiseuille Flow and Couette Flow for continuous inlet flow ?

Let suppose a system with stationary parallel plates and continuous inlet pump-driven flow is flowing between them. So, can we apply Couette flow boundary condition to poiseuille flow as the continuous flow is there although plates are stationary??
