I am trying to run DPV (differential pulse voltammetry) for detection of DNA hybridization in acetate buffer. I have been looking at published work and most of them mention settings used (other than maybe scan rate). Is there settings that people have used like step size, pulse size, sample period & pulse time for the same? Maybe some values to start with?

The electrochemical signals corresponding to guanine oxidation were measured by DPV from +0.75 to +1.4 V in ACB (modulation time = 0.05 s; interval time = 0.5 s;
step potential = 10 mV; modulation amplitude = 50 mV)
