I suggest that educators and learners including policymakers focus on what resiliency mechanism can be applied to meet the e-learning challenges, particularly in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intellectual dishonesty. Educators may equip themselves with authentic assessments to validate students' responses since intellectual piracy and dishonesty are free. The learners can be encouraged to take part in their own development not just superficial high grades but real learning. Policymakers are encouraged to design policies and programs to combat educational deterioration through synergy with technology, moral recovery, and the country's identity.
I agree with the importance of all e-learners to continually commit to "take part in their own development". The best way to forge constantly into areas that are interest driven is to suggest a topic where you'd like to practice with other engaging cohorts. If at all possible, try a hybrid option for discussion at a site known to those building their own advancement with technology integration,
I expect that policy makers would consider the learning outcomes sought, the political landscape, the learners' ability or incapacity to learn or handle technology, (the Artificial Intelligence - AI - is not 99% perfect), resourcing etc.

I agree with above answers. But, my point of view is please specify the issue, identify the participants with the issue, what types of challenges faced, then follow the remedial measure.
E-learning has several pros and cons depend on situation, time, place, contents, factors, and the participants undertaking it. It is difficult to provide readymade formula to combat the challenges.

In the STEM discussions the T (Technology) finally had to be addressed during the formal education closures...and after with security, focus on ensuring content and appropriate use of the fast advancing digitalization.
