I want to use a particular inhibitor (NSC405020) for MT1-MMP inhibition in RAW 264.7 murine macrophage cell line. Can anyone suggest an optimum concentration to begin with so that I could get an inhibition in this particular cell line? Additionally any comments on inhibitor's action on MT1-MMP signaling would be appreciated.

Can start with a 0.1, 1, 10, and up μg scale. You will need to find your optimum inhibitory concentration.
