I have a vertebrate tissue sample and i need to seperate each enzyme present in the sample by performing PAGE

I need your suggestion in this regard, which gel run should i perform ?

Is it NATIVE or SDS ?

OR BOTH ?

IF both then please suggest which to be performed first ?
