Basically, i found no study reports the electronic property at the at intersection of surface state and bulk conduction band have, for 3D topological insulator? How does the electrons behave, more like dirac or schrodinger fermion? or something completely different? Someone who have expertise please gives some suggestions or clues on this questions. Thanks.

Your question is quite logical and interesting in the topological insulators knowledge. There are many interesting papers for determining how the gap is created or destroid in a given change of the dimensionality. For instance going from the bulk to the border. I suggest to read the paper:
