Good afternoon everybody, I currently work on Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma C3A cells.

After Serum starving the cells, I would like to stimulate them with Serum media for 15 minutes and look at signaling pathways.

I don't know what positive control on a Western blot I should use to prove that the cells had been stimulated with Serum media.

Is anti-phosphoERK (thr202/ tyr204) antibody is good candidate? Thanks
