Dear friends most of us write research, review papers, cases, and some of us find that journals react to our submissions differently.
Eg: some journals immediately turn down saying that the topic is out of the scope, some journals pass it to the peer review process.
Based on the reviewer reports the editor decides whether to accept, accept subject to minor/major changes or rejected (some times encouraging author for resubmission and new review)
