I am working with thick 3D skin models (keratinocytes and fibroflasts) and I will like to measure viability and stress parameters after a bacterial infection.
I need something non-invasive (so nothing that requires homogenization or lysis of the models), but that is mainly what i find online.
Most manufacturers focus on cell suspensions or adherent cells but kits for 3D models are difficult to come across. Ideally, I am looking for something that can be secreted into the culture media, to facilitate detection.
I deeply appreciate any information and help.
