What other growth medium can I use for LAB?

I am currently trying to isolate LAB from different vegan food items. I have used MRS agar to try and isolate the LAB, but they are growing a lot, and the colony size is tiny, so I can't isolate a colony. Is there any other growth medium I can try to use?
