Hi, I have isolated Geobacter sulfurreducens and I didn't find any protocol for saving G.sulfurreducens in -70.
I also need picture of G.sulfurreducens gram stain under microscope and it's colony morphology on solid media.

Usually, TSB and NB media are perfect for bacterial maintenance and store at -70 °C. You should check your bacteria in these two media and see in which one it grows better then you can sample culture at logarithmic phase and add glycerol for preservation at -70. You can refer to this book for more information:
