Dear colleagues and fellow researchers,
I invite you to reflect on a question that feels both philosophical and practical: What makes knowledge truly “alive” in education and research? Or more specifically: How do we, as educators and scientists, sustain its vitality over time?
After more than 25 years in academia and psychological education, I’ve witnessed that beyond methodology or structure, something intangible - a kind of living energy - distinguishes transformational learning from merely informational processes.
Is it the relational space between teacher and student? Is it mutual vulnerability, curiosity, attunement? Or perhaps, as one of my colleagues suggested recently, the presence of “epistemological humility”?
I would love to hear your thoughts - from STEM, humanities, pedagogical sciences, psychology or any other field. Let’s co-create a space where academic wisdom breathes - across disciplines and generations.
Warmly, Dr. Olha A. Cherepiekhina Psychologist, Educator, Methodologist in Professional Development
