Thanks, that what I thought too but I wonder if someone know what happen more precisely. Which protein will change and what will be the inhibited function then. The firsts papers talking about phae159 only mention the temperature sensitive feature of it with no more details. Maybe nobody knows exactly what happen.
From what I could understand from the two articles attached below is that thermosensitive mutations are created in the engineered mycobacteriophage phAE159 genome that allows replication at 30 deg C but not at 37 deg C.
