Only peroxidase or laccase assay on culture is possible ?

Hello,

Anyone know if a culture assay can reveal only laccase production or peroxydase production from liquid fungi culture ?

I know, to find an absolutely specific substrate for laccases or peroxydase is quite not a simple task... Most laccase substrates are good peroxidase substrates and vice versa. I also know it is possible to reduce/stop peroxydase activity with a pretreatment to destroy its auxilliary : hydrogen peroxide, and hydrogen peroxide producer to find out "only" laccase production. But I can't find technic with similar result for peroxydase, if it's technically possible.
