I'm doing synthesis Na3V2(PO4)2F3 for the electrode and taking the XRD test. Last time, I got the JCPDS card no 01-089-8485 for this compound but when I checked using software Jade 6.5 the JCPDS card was not in a database. Is there anyone help me what kind of software that I can use to check this compound?, so I can make sure whether my compound is single phase or still any impurities.

If you do not have a license to use the JCPDS databese you can alternatively install e.g. .QualX program + Crystallography Open Database (COD)
