What are the best analysis you can perform on slides with TUNEL fluorometric test? Qualitative or quantitative analysis?

TUNEL is not a measurement of apoptosis unless you previously know the disease occurs primarily through apoptosis. Histology via SEM and activation of caspases are the gold standards in the field.
