Hi, this plant impression with a remarkable nervature was found in 15 Million year old sediments of the Bavarian Molasse Basin. Can somebody help to identify it? Remarkable is the strong petiole and the lobed secondary veins branching in nearly right angle. Length is appr. 2 cm.

It seams to be a leaf like due to Midrib and Petiole but the legume fruit also having this type of secondry vains

Sir, it may be posible that deposition or fossilization angle of that carple is parellel with the bed and septum with lower carpel or might be a layer of upeer carpel is fossilised.
In that picture it also seems like seed of the legume in upper side of the photo- graph and a curve in the middle part.
