Yes, promotion of learning, learning to learn, learning by researching and practicing in the realm of reality.
Also, avoid teaching that only tries to inculcate authoritative uncritical and memory information.
It would be really nice to share plans & experiences and learn from each other!

A teacher should do his/her best to enrich his/her professional knowledge by following the latest advances in the targeted subject matter. Alternatively, teaching and researching are two sides of the same coin. Therefore, planning the publication of three to four papers concerning crucial issues in one's teaching can also be a rational agenda helping one towards excellence.
