Fundamentals of crating sustained innovative learning environment requires a cultural shift: (a) One size does not fit all: different learners have different ways of learning. Catering to all will require appropriate adjustment; (b) Culture of diversity and inclusion: cherish diversity of ideas, race, ethnicity, gender, age and design curriculum to accommodate all; (c) innovation in material culture: invest in infrastructure to make learning environment comfortable; (d) technological innovation: use technology to facilitate learning; (e) pedagogical innovations such as flipped classroom.
There are prerequisities for that achievement:
1. First things first, you should have big desire for innovations.
2. 2nd your team should have innovative highly skilled professionals, obviously, if you are lucky if you work in a private sector as ypur hands would be tight if you are working in a state / governmental one.
3. You should have the state art equipments.
4. You should have continious financial and moral support from the managers of your organisation.
5. You should be able to use your and team’s rime wisely, as everyone knows “ time is money”
By exploring and applying new teaching and learning strategies and methods.
Allowing dreams. I studied creative writing @ Wesleyan University. I told them my strange goals and they answered me welcome. And payed me the whole course, as invalid women. I tried to pay them back mentoring new students.
By engaging the student themselves in the process.. I guess this would give the students a part in improving their own learning environment quality.
Be hungry for success, set a goal, work with major stakeholders (students).

Honestly speaking I have observed that most of the parents motivate their children to score more and race for MARKS irrespective of learning. Not only that the culture at our colleges are also like this.....students compete to score more.
I have never seen students to compete on talent / innovation....This may be because of "learning environment" we are providing to them.
So how can we get a break though from this situation.....
One should make a practice to carry out innovative program in the line with the end of innovation so that one can make the justice to the program of innovation .
One should not go haste in such program as one has to create an environment of participant who made the accept the purpose of innovation .
This is my personal opinion
1 Listen to learner
2 Provide facility for experiments
3 Encourage innovative ideas by giving prizes in the form of certificate
4 Give preference for higher education admission and jobs
5 Media may be apprised of new innovations and news published
6 Create centralised records of all innovative ideas
Innovative learning environment can be created by putting instructors who are dedicated to give something important and make the subject easier, interactive and interesting. Secondly facilities to give innovative learning to be created and utilized in an healthy and peaceful environment.

It generally comes down to planning and managing.
Identify:
WHAT you want to teach.
WHO you educate (learners and their traits)
WHERE you adress to (conditions )
HOW you will do it (appraoch)
Certainly this is much easier said than done, still it is the key.
I would learn and teach as enthusiastically as my students !!!

To create an innovative learning environment, student-friendly classrooms should be developed. Which consider; utilising a variation of instructional approaches, using resources and means to respond to students' diverse requirements, building constructive relationships with students, and establishing adequate goals for student learning.
