Hello research community. I am growing some T-cells expansions using the Immunocult XF medium and immunocult XF CD3/CD28 activator. Until day 3 of expansion cells were growing good and they looked healthy, however, by day 5 all my cultures (3 in total) developed some kind of brownish membrane that was scattered in the medium. Cells viability was normal, but the numbers dropped considerably.
They don't look like fungal or bacterial contamination, but I am not sure what it is.
Does someone has some suggestions or troubleshooting recommendations?
