Based on the research done by Prof.Kraemer in 2001 about Circadian rhythm of endocrine hormones, it was shown that, there is no differences between Tes and Cor in the morning and afternoon. I did an update on this research and I got same results. But among bodybuilders, and based on my experience as a coach, there is a meaningful improvement in power and mass of muscles, once the resistance training be done in the afternoon (we never used any supplement or steroids and we had a normal diet). What is the main reason?
