Does anybody knows what is the value of shear correction factor for general rectangular laminated composite plates for the first order laminated plate theory?
What about for general piezo-composite plates?
And what about for one layer piezo plate?

Due to assumption, first order plate theory can only predict constant shear strain through the thickness. thus, it will be piece wise constant shear stress. To account for the fact such assumptions are different from reality, shear correction factor was introduced to bring this assumption close to 3D elasticity solution. However, for laminates, or piezo plates, it is not easy to compute such shear correction factors. Using a more advanced modeling technique such as the recently discovered mechanics of structural genome. There is no need to use such factors to construct plate theory and the accuracy will be much better than regular first order theories.
