good evening, I have processed my results statistically with R software and I am stuck because my results do not follow a normal law and I do not have the nonparametric test command of the two factor anova I have applied kruskal walis but it handles both factor separately and me my goal is to see the effect of pesticides on the germination of several varieties so I wanted to see the effect of both factors at the same time I do not know the command to be applied on R, please I need for your help?
Two factor has two independent variables with some particular levels each. e.g. temperature with levels of 2,4 and 6 degree celsius and humidity with 10,20 and 30% etc.
R has a number of packages available on CRAN for this.

Try another software program, maybe windows based, such as Systat
