how can we confirm that the multi factor Anova is the wright statistical analysis to choose? if it is how can we prepare data to run the test?

Hadjer Kharroubi Firstly, you need to have a favorable n. For factorial ANOVA, you need to have more than one group variable and characterize it as ANOVA 3x2; 4x4; etc. Example of a 3x2 FACTORIAL ANOVA = 1 factor with 3 levels (vaccinated, not vaccinated, 1 dose) and another independent group variable with 2 levels (male and female).
