What is the temperature range in plasma zone in EDM process?

The plasma zone is the cause for removing the material from the work piece as well as from the electrode. What could be the temperature range of plasma during Electro Discharge Machining (EDM)? Any references please? Can we capture the temperature distribution and heat transfer during the arcing process? If possible, could you please suggest the instrument and its availability?
