I have a material made of graphite. I would like confirm the percentage of graphitization. What characterization technique will be perfect?
From XPS you will be able to get the amount of carbon present in your sample. If there are other compounds containing carbon (not sp2 hybridized) along with graphite, then also it will be possible to get the % of graphite.
Raman spectroscopy may also help
Thank you
I am looking to incorporate a unnatural amino acids which is not available in the swisssidechain database into a protein crystal structure of pdb? I am using chimera 1.14 vis. tool?
