Hello
I want to know if I make a FITC-DMSO solution, how long time I can use it?
Can I use the solution after a week?
thanks for your help
Hello Solmaz
Yes, you can use FITC-DMSO solution after a week. But after you prepare the solution store it at 4°C and protect it from light and moisture.
Good Luck.
As per sigma user manual... one should not use the solution with more than 7 days of storage, as it might have changed the pH.
Note: It is advisable to plan experiment in such a way, that everytime you prepare a fresh solution to get the undoubted results.
Attached the same for your reference!
