For my knowledge, 2 theta should fall in between 20 and 26 degree and it could be broad or a small peak depending on the amount of oxygen or defects. I tried to figure out that and that 's what I have got from published data. Also take into account that not necessarily you would get the same plane in electron diffraction or d-spacing from HR-TEM analysis.

The question is a good one. We get only a single peak between 20 to 26 degree as rightly pointed out by Khaled Habiba. This peak is near to plane of hexagonal graphite which peaks at 25.6 degree in XRD.
