I am currently doing neuronal differentiation of human embryonic stem cells.
I realized that it is hard to find papers that stage the neuronal differentiation process (usually they just describe as number of days) and relate back to in vivo neural development in humans.
Also, I would also like to find out neuronal markers in different stages.
For example, SOX2, PAX6 and NESTIN are expressed in neural stem cells but it seems that NESTIN is expressed in a later stage (I may be wrong) so is it 2 stages involved?
Does anyone have information on this or know of papers that talk about these?
