most chemotherapy protocols include multiple drugs, which are likely to be administered in the same day. However, some protocols don't specify the sequence of their administration. Some of my colleagues claimed that the cell cycle specific drugs should be administered before cell cycle non-specific drugs, for maximum efficacy. Although there is some rational in this claim, I failed to find any evidence supporting it. So, what is the significance of the sequence of anti-neoplastic drugs administered in the same day?
