You can not simply get an answer of this question. You need to think of loads of factors. for example, if you are using cold press, how much pressure you are going to apply. how long is your sintering . how dense is your ceramic. and also it depends upon density of the particles itself.
I suggest you to do some trial experiments first on small tablets. You will get a rough idea about the shrinkage and then you can proceed for the actual experiment.
I agree with Jibran Khaliq that many factors play roles in this case. Pressure is one of those important parameters for the green sample. You need to optimize it for producing a pressed tablet (green) without crack and also for maximum densification after sintering. So, you need to do some trial experiments first.
