There are a few considerations. Does the dopant incorporate on a substitutional lattice site or as an interstitial? If substitutional, then you can find an equation that accounts for atomic concentration and atomic radii differences. If the atomic radii of the dopant atom is larger, then lattice parameter will expand and vice versa.
