It is necessary to distinguish between weather fluctuations and climatic changes. The first is normal and may get as a result of the movement of the air masses, but if organized become climatic changes and here lies the problem.
The phenomenon of climate change can not be considered an emergency. Its features began to appear several years ago because of the pollution factors that are sweeping all the countries of the world without exception. "The pollution of the atmosphere is caused by the emission of toxic gases such as carbon dioxide after combustion of energy and other materials, Which leads to heat. The warming increases the temperature of the atmosphere, and this increase greatly affects the climate and lead to the melting of the ice in the poles resulting in a period of rising in sea level, and this also affects the overall climate, especially in the coastal areas near the sea, which may lead to disasters after a while."

In the region where I live, there hasn't been any persistent rain for weeks. Everything waits here longingly for rain, but nothing happens. When I then read that there are floods elsewhere in the world, and far too much rain, then one has the impression that one can no longer rely on earlier experiences with the weather.
In addition, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we also have climate experts here (who I am not) in the discussions about climate and weather changes that have taken place several times. They are right to attribute the changes we are currently discussing not to the climate, but to the weather.
I cannot imagine climatic changes in a general aspect without the intrusion of human activities and disturbances. There is no a drastic change in average climatic conditions of the world in such a way that a real change become sensible. We don't find Mammoth in present climatic conditions of the world while there is no sign of any glacier advancement nor other aspects of average climatic change. So in my view climatic change, if any can only be seen in the presence of humans and their extreme effects on land, climate and ecosystems.
The earth cools down a bit by reflecting this light.
Greenhouse gases (carbon fuels) let the short wavelength visible light pass through the atmosphere, but block much of the long wavelength infrared energy from escaping. That's what causes climate change.
Changes in heavy rainfall will be the most important determining factors the overall impact of climate change. Rain is harder to predict than heat. However, there is evidence that areas that are already wet are likely to become more humid, but it is difficult to verify details about moisture and what impacts are at the local level.
Climate change is an effective and long-term change in the rate of weather occurring for a given region. The weather rate can include temperature, rainfall, and wind conditions. These changes can occur because of the dynamic processes of the Earth such as volcanoes, or because of external forces such as changes in the intensity of solar radiation or the fall of large meteorites, and recently because of human activities.
At home, Mountain Rwenzori used to have snows at top in 1900s. In late 1990s , amount of snow significantly reduced and no longer seen at a distance. It was attributed to global warming.
