pLease help to ID following images.
Plants are in my rental house in Australia, started flowering. I tried to ID them but unsuccessful.
image 1: pale green flower mostly visited by flies, leaves glossy, crenulate margin, shrub, flowering currently in Australian summer, sweetly scented.
image 2 and 3: Small tree, white drooping flower in long inflorescence, leaves glossy ventral side and rusty green at dorsal side, petal white. flowering currently.
Visited by honeybees in my locations.
I can add more details about plants taxonomy if required.

Buxus microphylla
2 & 3rd agree with Sashin Kumar Borthaku it is ardisia macrocarpa
Tree 2 looks more like an Elaeocarpus of some sort. Ardisia racemes are more branched and the stamens form a conspicuous tube in the centre of the flower which is not apparent here

...or an Australia colleague here in the Botany Department just suggested that the second tree is Anopterus glandulosus which is native to Tasmania, however I still lean towards Clethra arborea based on raceme structure and stem vestiture

2, 3. - Clethraceae family is present in Arctic & Tropic,
Attention ! Clethra arborea is a plant toxic !!! & ornement too.
